Louiza Doran (aka Weeze) is a Trauma-informed decolonization & anti-racism Coach, Strategist, Educator & Compassionate Provocateur
Louiza's work is as multi-faceted as she is. She has designed a coaching and consulting practice that honors her passion for J.E.D.I* and decolonization work, as well as personal empowerment. You cannot create an equitable, diverse and inclusive society without guiding people through their decolonization process and teaching and empowering individuals to walk in their purpose and power; the two branches of Louiza's work naturally bleed into each other. Her unique approach is a holistic one that considers the person, their identity and experiences as well as the communities in which we live. She has used her training, education, resources and personal journey to create a signature system that supports, edifies and guides folx through a process that allows us to take an honest look at how you can begin living a life of authentic accompliceship; in alignment with your vision, values and belief system.
