Connection is Key to Our Collective Liberation

I don’t know about you but I grew up learning to be really good at numbing over and checking out and pretending to believe that things are as they are supposed to be.

This cultural dynamic functions to keep us separate from the actuality of things as they are at a time when we need steadfast wakefulness, clarity, and discernment.

As Angela Y. Davis said in her book Freedom is a Constant Struggle, we need to “develop a consciousness of the insidious promotion of capitalist individualism.”

With this in mind, let’s do the deep work of liberating ourselves from  the shackles of abuse, of internalized cultural oppression and violence together.

If you are ready to reclaim your sanity and soul in the service of the more beautiful world you know in your heart is possible then join me in my Ways of the Rising Woman community and register for my upcoming courses.

I use practices that will deepen your attention, expand your perspective, elevate compassion, and connect you to your own inner resources for resilience, courage, strength, and love.

This work is essential to our individual and collective liberation and your voice and vision is needed now more than ever before.
